Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).


Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after the return period may not be eligible for a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not return any items without receiving authorization from our support team.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product of equal value.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Explore Deals will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the package.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
